I am an Intellectual Property (IP) specialist at James Hardie Industries, Inc., specializing in technology evaluation for commercialization potential, technology trend identification for identifying R&D space, IP competitive scan and analysis, prior art search, patent drafting and prosecution. Before getting into IP, I invented, developed and commercialized a range of technology on equipment, processes and composite materials.
I have a PhD in Chemical Engineering from University of Newcastle in Australia, with 11 journal publications, 6 pending patents in US and other countries and various international awards for technology development and commercialization. I have been an invited speaker at various universities and conferences.
