Giang Biscan Business

< BACK  |  My LinkedIn

I previously owned a technology transfer company, specializing in sourcing telecommunication equipment for partners in Vietnam and outsourcing manufacturing to Vietnam for partners in the USA.  Real Estate investment is one of my hobbies and I own a portfolio of properties in Australia and Vietnam.

I am a fellow at various Management Development for Entrepreneurs (MDE) programs at UCLA, coaching mid-size business owners with their business development plans to grow their businesses to the next level.  I am an instructor for Fontana City in their business training program for start-up entrepreneurs.

I was an active business event organizer at UCLA Anderson School of Management and in the business community.  I was a co-founder of Startup LA, an annual conference for start-up entrepreneurs' community in LA.  At UCLA Anderson School, I was the VP of Events for the International Business Association, an Outreach Manager of the Entrepreneurs Association, President of ProMBA.org, and Committee Chair of the Anderson Executive Career 2008.

I am grateful for my formal and informal mentors, Larraine Segil, Sir Elwin Svenson, Heidi Roizen, Kelly Perdew and Minh Calvin Lam who made a huge different on how I view the business world and entrepreneurship.

Few comments from my students:
